Kèr Tshksvdātlè was founded durring the late 12th century in spring of the year 1082, by Anata Bevan. The establishment of Kèr Tshksvdātlè suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Kèr Tshksvdātlè which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.
Kèr Tshksvdātlè was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kèr Tshksvdātlè is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Kèr Tshksvdātlè is is constructed arround a series of narrow split-log ties mainstreets which form concentric circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to each other at varrious points. The town rests behind the absurdity that is a thick, timber braced, wall made of clay bricks. While visualy impressive and certainly an astetic, Kèr Tshksvdātlè's wall provides no actual defence against siege equipment due to the choice of its cosntruction materials. Even nonexperts can tell the town is trying to impress rather than defend with its walls, towers, and gatehouses. Though admittedly, they do look nice... To primitive tribals who have never seen fortifications before. Kèr Tshksvdātlè's political statment focused walls has sufferd soem light damage, reducing its function a little in some spots, but could almsot certainly preform as expected... Though some of the worse spots could lead to the loss of defenders lives if attackers identified the weaknesses ahead of time.
Kèr Tshksvdātlè has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Kèr Tshksvdātlè’s streets. The town is very clearly a joyfull place as well as relaxing. Music can be heard often, as well as laughter. The smell of food and drink permiates the air. You can’t help but smile.

Cultural Notes
The locals have cut a deal with some unspeakable entity, trading some form of tribute (benign of horrific) in exchange for the being’s forbearance or assistance. Outsiders may be ignorant of the bargain, or they may know that the community is in thrall but be too fearful of its master to take action against them. The creature likely serves as a protector as well as a tyrant, so the locals may be content with the deal even if it doesn’t offer any further inducement or aid.
Kèr Tshksvdātlè's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used has a sleek, linear appearance with stylized, often geometric ornamentation. The primary facade of its buildings often featured a series of set backs that create a stepped outline. Low-relief decorative panels can be found at entrances, around windows, along roof edges or as string courses. It was best known for its use of smooth finish building materials such as stucco, concrete block, glazed brick or mosaic tile. Decorative details can incorporate various artistic or exotic motifs to suit the building's function or the architect's whim. Chevrons, zigzags, and other geometrical motifs are common forms of ornament.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Kèr Tshksvdātlè was attacked by soldiers from another nation, with orders to raid Kèr Tshksvdātlè. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Kèr Tshksvdātlè lost 245 people, 200 livestock, and 92 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 101, when members of Kèr Tshksvdātlè's militia enacted an operation to locate a particular solgiers group. The operation was complicated by one of the key objectives in the operation requiring sticking to a very strict and short time table. The conflict ended with an assault and siege on the port, which ended in a stalemate for Kèr Tshksvdātlè's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Kèr Tshksvdātlè's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
